Job description

Position Overview

CSI SPORTS™ is seeking a Producer/Video Editor who will be a key member of the production team in our Jersey City office. This creator will utilize their storytelling and editing expertise to develop original content for broadcast distribution in the U.S. and internationally as well for our digital platforms. The candidate must have experience producing and editing short and longform sports content using the Adobe Suite, a strong knowledge of digital tools, a creative eye and work well in both an individual and team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, prep & edit content for original series and live events for broadcast & digital using Adobe (Premiere, After Effects & Photoshop)
  • Edit footage according to scripts, formats & production guidelines
  • Write show scripts & voice over notes
  • Create (write and edit) promo spots, documentary segments and sizzle reels utilizing appropriate music libraries and our SAN
  • Edit features for live events as well as cutdowns and highlights from Live Events
  • Deliver final productions with the required broadcast and digital specifications
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver a shared vision
  • Ensure assets are delivered without any issues and on time
  • Stay current with the latest software and AI to recommend improvements to the editing workflow
