Job description

POSITION SUMMARY
The Salon Coordinator is the first point of contact for brides and guests visiting our bridal salon. This role is responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, managing appointments, supporting bridal stylists, and ensuring smooth day-to-day salon operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering luxury customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Experience:

Greet brides and guests warmly upon arrival
- Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere throughout the customer journey.
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, text messages, and online inquiries promptly.
- Assist customers with appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communications.

Calendar Management:
-
Maintain an organized appointment calendar.
- Confirm appointments and manage cancellations or rescheduling requests.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes

Sales Support:
-
Support stylists during appointments as needed.
- Assists with inventory checks throughout stylists appointments
- Help process sales transactions, deposits, and payments.
Inventory Operations:
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom and fitting areas.
- Track incoming and outgoing gowns, accessories, and customer orders.
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising displays.
- Coordinate gown arrivals and customer pickup appointments.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, bridal, or luxury sales preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with Apple products 
- Ability to work Monday - Friday (Some Saturdays required)
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
