Luxury Bridal & Prom Stylist

Chally Bridal & Prom is a family owned business for over 30 years. Our mission is to provide the best formal wear sales and service experience for our customers. We are seeking energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused Bridal and Prom Stylists to join our team.

Our stylists guide brides, prom customers, and their families through every stage of the shopping experience. The ideal candidate is organized, confident, caring, and motivated to provide personalized service while achieving sales and customer-satisfaction goals.

Previous bridal, prom, luxury retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train candidates who have the right personality, work ethic, and commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers throughout every stage of the bridal and prom sales process.
  • Conduct personalized appointments and help customers select gowns based on their style, size, event, preferences, and budget.
  • Create unique and memorable experiences by serving every customer with patience, warmth, professionalism, and a caring attitude.
  • Manage, organize, and document customer appointments, interactions, follow-ups, orders, payments, and special requests in the store system.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of bridal gowns, prom dresses, designers, accessories, sizing, inventory, and new collections.
  • Recommend veils, jewelry, headpieces, and other accessories to complete each customer’s look.
  • Confidently present merchandise, overcome customer concerns, and ask for the sale.
  • Represent Chally Bridal & Prom in a professional, polished, and caring manner.
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining excellent customer-satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
  • High-energy, positive, outgoing, and dependable personality.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive, and sales-focused environment.
  • Confident communicating with brides, prom customers, parents, families, and large appointment groups.
  • Comfortable recommending products, handling objections, and asking customers to complete their purchase.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn appointment, customer-management, inventory, and point-of-sale systems.
  • Previous bridal, prom, fashion, luxury retail, hospitality, or sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Availability to work evenings, Saturdays, weekends, and peak bridal and prom seasons.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to assist customers in and out of gowns and lift or carry dresses and merchandise when needed.
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus.
