What is Project Zero?

Project Zero is a team at Google dedicated to finding and reporting security vulnerabilities, or 'zero-day' exploits, in software used by people around the world. Their main goal is to make the internet a safer place by discovering and helping to fix critical security flaws before malicious hackers can exploit them. The team conducts independent research, works with software vendors to ensure vulnerabilities are addressed quickly, and publicly discloses their findings to promote transparency and industry-wide improvement in security.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a project manager, and why are they important?

Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira is typically required. These competencies ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, contributing to organizational success.
