What are Project Trainees?

Project Trainees are individuals, often recent graduates or students, who work temporarily in organizations to gain practical experience while assisting with specific projects. Their role typically involves supporting project teams, learning industry-specific skills, and handling assigned tasks under supervision. Project Trainees benefit from hands-on exposure to real-world projects, which helps them develop professional competencies and build a foundation for their future careers. The duration and responsibilities of a Project Trainee position can vary depending on the organization and the nature of the project.
