Job Description Project Coordinator Centennial, CO (100% onsite) We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to support IT and network-related projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented individual looking to gain hands-on experience in technology, telecom, or IT project environments. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple moving parts while supporting project execution.

You will work closely with technical teams to ensure tasks stay on schedule and project needs are communicated clearly and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Support and maintain a high-level project schedule Forecast labor needs up to 8 weeks in advance and adjust based on project demands Create and update a daily production plan reflecting available equipment and labor Monitor project milestones and escalate delays or risks to project leads Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders Provide high-quality customer service and respond to inquiries professionally Assist in tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion Preferred Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in IT, telecom, or technical project coordination Strong organizational and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and ability to manage time efficiently Excellent written and verbal communication Prior exposure to project scheduling, task tracking, or technical planning is a plus
