Job Coach

SUMMARY:

A non-Profit located in the District of Columbia is seeking a dynamic person to be the Job Coach for individuals who are Intellectually/Physically Disabled.

Analyzing job tasks and providing on-the-job training so that the client may develop and maintain a productive working relationship with the employer.


** Candidate must be able to work an early morning shift 5:30 am- 1:00pm 7.5 hrs a day**

Qualifications & Must Haves:

  • High school Diploma or GED / Required
  • Bachelors degree in social services or related field / Preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of current or related specialized experience / vocational training
  • Must show demonstrated knowledge of Individual Work Plans (IWP) and job development

  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Must be able to pass a Federal Background check
