Job description

We are seeking a Quality Analyst (QA Analyst) to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications through comprehensive testing and validation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating test plans, executing test cases, identifying defects, and working closely with development and business teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business and functional requirements.
  • Create detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
  • Execute manual and/or automated test scripts.
  • Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
  • Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts, and project stakeholders.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Validate bug fixes and ensure successful deployment.
  • Prepare test reports and communicate testing status to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
