Job Description Quality Assurance Analyst 2 Location: Tukwila, WA (Onsite) Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire Interview Process: One 1-hour Microsoft Teams Interview with Hiring Managers Compensation: Competitive Hourly Rate Overview Seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to support operational quality assurance initiatives within a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role focuses on reviewing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and supporting quality control efforts across business operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, adaptable to change, and capable of independently managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities Perform quality assurance reviews and audits of operational processes and deliverables. Analyze quality assurance findings and identify opportunities for process improvement. Research, evaluate, and recommend solutions for low- to moderately-complex quality-related issues.

Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and quality standards. Document findings, observations, and recommendations clearly and accurately. Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence efforts.
