RESPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES

Gestion du portefeuille de projets CAPEX
Assurer l'implantation et le respect des standards globaux de gestion de portefeuille et de projets au niveau du site.
Aligner et coordonner le portefeuille de projets d'investissements (CAPEX) afin d'assurer une planification et une execution efficaces.
Participer a l'elaboration du budget CAPEX et aux processus de prevision.
Contribuer au developpement du portefeuille de projets et du plan strategique (SMP).

Support et encadrement des equipes projets
Agir a titre de reference en gestion de projets pour la communaute interne.
Former, coacher et accompagner les charges de projets et parties prenantes.
Clarifier les roles et responsabilites afin d'assurer une bonne gouvernance des projets.
Participer activement aux phases amont des projets (etudes de faisabilite et design conceptuel).

Etudes de faisabilite et priorisation
Developper les analyses de faisabilite necessaires a la prise de decision d'investissement.
Prioriser les demandes d'investissements en fonction des besoins organisationnels et strategiques.
Soutenir les equipes dans les phases d'etude et de definition des projets.

Suivi de performance et amelioration continue
Collecter et analyser les donnees de performance du portefeuille de projets.
Suivre l'avancement des projets et assurer un reporting adequat.
Identifier et mettre en place des initiatives d'amelioration continue des processus de gestion de projets.
Optimiser l'efficacite et la qualite de l'execution des projets.
