Job description

Project Engineer
We are seeking a Project Engineer to add to our team. The ideal candidate will assist with the scheduling, planning, forecasting, resourcing and managing the activities to ensure project accuracy and quality.
Responsibilities
  • Working alongside Project Managers to ensure project quality.
  • Preparing subcontractor agreements.
  • Scheduling of subcontractors on each jobsite.
  • Managing and ordering all required materials for each job.
  • Handling purchase orders and invoices for materials ordered (including subcontractors)

and coding them accordingly.
  • SWPPP inspections to ensure proper principles and practices of erosion control were

utilized.
  • Managing the trucking assignments for any needed stone and other materials.
  • Clear and concise communication with project manager, owners and other project

participants.
Engineering Intern Requirements and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 4 or more years field and project planning experience.
  • Excellent computer literacy and knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and supervision skills.
  • Ability to multitask for each respective site.
  • Valid engineering license is a PLUS!
  • Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards and best practices.
  • Road and site design experience/knowledge
  • Blueprint reading
