Project Planning Analyst - Supply Chain Systems (Contract)
Location: Fort Worth, TX, 76102
About the Role
Join our dynamic Supply Chain Systems team as a Project Planning Analyst. You will play a critical role in driving the success of our strategic initiatives by supporting system testing, data management, and document organization. This contract position offers exposure to innovative projects and the opportunity to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate multiple initiatives within the Supply Chain Strategy and Technology team
- Track progress and report on supply chain projects and group initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to gather data, resolve issues, and support scheduling activities
- Assist in monitoring and proactively managing a portfolio of projects
- Develop, document, and maintain processes to enhance project coordination and scheduling
- Organize and maintain electronic documents on SharePoint
- Participate in system testing and data cleanup tasks
- Contribute to special projects and operational improvements as assigned
Required Skills and Experience
- 2-5 years experience in supply chain systems, project coordination, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
- Effective organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Detail-oriented approach to managing large volumes of work
