Overview
The Operations teammanages client-specific operational tasks across virtually every practice area within the agency, including Strategy, Investment, HR, Finance, Invoice Reconciliation, and Agency Administration & Compliance. Our focus is on standardizing tasks and integrating detailed work streams for efficient operations. We create a space for those whose strengths include being highly organized problem-solvers.
Responsibilities

Daily Tasks
  • Work hand-in-hand with Director on team roles and responsibilities, and prioritizing key projects across the team
  • Connect with Strategy and Investment peers on account-specific requests
  • Oversee and manage agency tools and systems:
    • Maintain system hierarchies, structure, and user security
    • Facilitate trainings for team members
    • Create/enforce workflows & processes
    • Support Data Governance and PM compliances
    • Trouble-shoot any issues/questions that arise
  • Ensure compliance for tasks such as:
    • Managing client-specific billing procedures
    • Product codes and other systems work
  • Strong Time Management
  • Extensive reporting including system and billing QA and troubleshooting

What we seek in a Supervisor:
  • 3+ year experience in planning, operations, finance, project management or data analysis, preferably in a media agency or advertising agency
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related
  • Proficiency in making progress/completing work, even with overlapping deadlines
  • An individual who equally cares about their own career as well as the Associates
  • The ability to rock the Microsoft Office suite, particularly PPT and XLS (where filtering, pivoting, and charts and graphs building are key)
  • Quantitative and analytical skills, yet willingness to embrace a role that requires a mix of art and science.
  • Experience developing and presenting your thoughts and ideas.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change in a fast-paced and constantly-changing environment
  • Brave voices who will suggest new ideas and challenge the status quo, but can also help carry out the smart ideas of others.

Compensation Range: 73,910 - $90,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
