Job Summary:The Part-Time Supply Coordinator plays an essential role in keeping our team equipped and ready to serve. This position focuses on maintaining a well-organized backroom, restocking store and corporate supplies, and coordinating supply readiness for new store openings.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee supply management for the store, ensuring shopping bags, packaging, cleaning products, and operational supplies are stocked and ready.
• Receive, organize, and distribute incoming shipments of supplies to appropriate areas.
• Monitor supply usage and communicate replenishment needs to Customer Service/Operations leadership.
• Support periodic inventory counts and assists with resolving discrepancies.
• Partner with leadership to prepare the store for promotions, seasonal transitions, and special events.
• Follow safety and operational procedures when handling merchandise and supplies.
• Other projects or tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Prior retail, stock, or inventory control experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift, move, and carry merchandise and supplies up to 40 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
