Key Responsibilities
  • Implement clinically-appropriate psychotherapeutic techniques tailored to individual and family needs, particularly for those struggling with emotional and behavioral disorders.
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and establish an initial treatment plan that guides therapeutic interventions.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting the format based on the treatment goals established in client assessments.
  • Coordinate ongoing treatment planning and revise as necessary, ensuring that support services align with patient progress and goals.
  • Document all therapy services rendered, maintaining compliance with organizational standards and ensuring accurate records that support continuity of care.
  • Manage an assigned caseload, providing timely and attentive services to each client.
  • Work collaboratively with treatment teams, attending regular meetings to discuss client progress and refine treatment approaches as necessary.
  • Maintain an empathetic and professional demeanor at all times, addressing and resolving client concerns to foster a trusting therapeutic alliance.
