Job description

WORLD WIDE PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS is a project solutions organization committed to implementing lean constructions, collaborative contracting, and execution approaches to enable breakthroughs in performance.
We are seeking experienced and driven Project Managers to support a large-scale advanced manufacturing construction project in West Lafayette, Indiana.
This role is ideal for a Project Manager with experience in semiconductor, data center, pharmaceutical, or other high-tech industrial construction environments who has led complex scopes across one or more technical disciplines.
You may come from a background in CSA, mechanical systems, process/chemical systems, instrumentation and controls, cleanroom construction, or overall site execution. This role requires the ability to coordinate across disciplines and drive successful project delivery in a highly integrated environment.
Position Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for managing scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality across assigned construction workstreams. This role works closely with design teams, EPCM partners, trade contractors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful execution from early construction through commissioning and turnover.
This position plays a critical role in integrating multiple systems and disciplines within a fast-paced semiconductor construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget across assigned workstreams
  • Coordinate across multiple disciplines including CSA, mechanical, electrical, controls, and process systems
  • Lead project meetings with clients, contractors, and internal teams
  • Drive resolution of RFIs, submittals, and field issues
  • Support constructability reviews and design coordination
  • Monitor construction progress and enforce schedule milestones
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and applicable codes and standards
  • Support commissioning, system startup, and turnover activities
  • Maintain clear communication of project status, risks, and key deliverables

Discipline specific, responsibilities may include:
  • Cleanroom construction, certification, and protocol-driven environments
  • Mechanical systems including HVAC, exhaust, hydronics, and process support utilities
  • Chemical systems including bulk and specialty distribution and high-purity piping
  • Instrumentation and Controls systems including PLCs, BMS, and low-voltage integration
  • Life Safety Systems including fire alarm and emergency systems
  • Site development, logistics, and large-scale construction coordination

Qualifications
  • 7 to 15+ years of experience in construction project management within semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, data center, or similar industries
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-discipline construction projects
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, coordination, and system integration
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural)
  • Mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, hydronics)
  • Chemical/process systems
  • Instrumentation and Controls / Low voltage systems
  • Cleanroom construction and commissioning
  • Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documentation

Preferred Qualifications
  • Semiconductor fabrication facility experience
  • Experience in cleanroom environments or high-purity systems
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • Experience with BIM, Bluebeam, ACC, or similar tools
  • Experience with commissioning, startup, and system turnover
