Senior Project Manager (Commercial) – Goodyear, AZ

Elite Executive Solutions is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Senior Project Manager on behalf of a respected electrical contractor delivering complex commercial construction projects throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.

This opportunity is designed for a high-performing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring project teams, and has a proven ability to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of large commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Lead Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee contract administration, change orders, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors.
  • Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions to maintain project success.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards, quality expectations, and project specifications.
  • Mentor and develop future project leaders within the organization.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
  • Experience managing large commercial construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project financial management, scheduling, contracts, and risk mitigation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
