Job description

Warehouse Project Manager
We are seeking a senior-level contract Warehouse Project Manager to lead a high-bay automated warehouse buildout. This is a great opportunity for a construction PM with deep experience in automated material handling systems to drive a fast-paced installation project from the ground up, working closely with multiple trade partners and vendors on site.
Warehouse Systems Project Manager Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day project management for the construction and installation of automated material handling equipment
- Coordinate daily activities and schedules across multiple trade partners on site
- Manage vendor relationships and hold vendors accountable to project timelines and quality standards
- Drive resolution of conflicts and scheduling issues between trade partners
- Oversee commissioning and testing of automated material handling systems
- Support construction and integration of ASRS, AGV, and AMR systems
- Track project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders
- Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with site standards
Warehouse Project Manager Requirements:
- 8+ years of construction project management experience
- Experience managing construction projects including, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, warehouse/distribution centers, or other industrial type buildings required
- Strong background managing installation of automated material handling equipment
- Experience with industrial HVAC/mechanical system installation is a plus
