About the Role

Reporting to the Director, Agile Value Management Office, you will manage all aspects of project delivery with the corresponding skillsets in communication, tooling, knowledge and leadership. You will ensure project deliverables are executed on time, within budget, and in accordance with Teranet standards and procedures. You will work in conjunction with other project stakeholders across Teranet to design, develop and deliver technology solutions and updated business processes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Engage with Stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables

  • Conduct analysis for all project deliverables

  • Liaise with project team members across multiple organizations. Assist with the development of business cases as required

  • Facilitate a team process to define the overall project plan including project tasks, timing and dependencies

  • Manage project issues, associated risks, and develop risk mitigation plans, including project change request process with management approval

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology or related field

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in managing projects

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on vendor collaboration and management.

  • Strong understanding of project management and Agile methodologies, tools, and best practices.

  • Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, or Microsoft Project.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders.

  • Ability to effectively coordinate and align project objectives between multiple parties, including internal teams and external vendors.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

The annual pay range for this role is $126,500 - $143,000 inclusive of base salary and target incentive pay.
