This role is responsible for turning executive priorities into organized, measurable projects that keep teams aligned, remove roadblocks, and drive results.

What You'll Do
  • Lead cross-functional strategic projects from planning through implementation
  • Develop project charters, timelines, budgets, milestones, communication plans, and success metrics
  • Coordinate teams across departments to ensure clear ownership, accountability, and follow-through
  • Identify project risks, remove obstacles, and keep leadership informed with clear status updates
  • Create dashboards and scorecards that provide visibility into project progress and business impact
  • Facilitate project kickoffs, milestone reviews, leadership updates, and post-project evaluations
  • Partner with leaders to align initiatives with company priorities, financial goals, and long-term scalability
  • Support implementation, change management, and successful adoption of new processes and systems
  • Other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
  • 7 to 10 years of experience leading cross-functional projects, strategic initiatives, or operational improvements
  • Proven success managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and competing priorities
  • Strong executive-level communication, organization, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to influence, build accountability, and drive results without direct authority
  • Strong business acumen with experience balancing customer impact, financial performance, and operational efficiency
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, and related applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • PMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, EOS, manufacturing, distribution, or ERP implementation experience is a plus
