Location: FMC Headquarters, Washington, DC (Onsite with limited offsite support as coordinated)
Tentative Start Date: Upon Contract Award (Aligned with Period of Performance)

Qualifications and Experience/Education:
Project Management Expertise: Experience managing full lifecycle IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout, aligned with federal standards (PMBOK).
Schedule & Deliverables Management: Ability to develop and manage detailed project schedules, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of all PWS requirements, including assessments, reports, and executive briefings.
Coordination & Oversight: Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across cybersecurity, operations, infrastructure, and financial analysis to ensure alignment with assessment objectives.
Risk & Issue Management: Ability to identify, track, and mitigate risks, maintaining a structured risk register aligned with project goals and mission priorities.
Stakeholder Engagement: Experience leading kickoff briefings, bi-weekly updates, and executive briefings, ensuring continuous communication with FMC leadership and stakeholders.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint to manage schedules, track progress, and produce technical and executive-level reports.
Quality Assurance Oversight: Ensures all deliverables are accurate, evidence-based, and compliant with FMC requirements and federal frameworks.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a mission-critical environment.
Experience: 5-7 years; BA/BS or equivalent experience.
