What Youโ€™ll Do:

Project & Construction Management

  • Own project delivery from preconstruction through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, scopes, and logistics
  • Read and implement Owner contract requirements
  • Lead preconstruction meetings and coordination with superintendents, subs, and design teams
  • Manage subcontractor buyout and scope development
  • Review and submit RFIs, submittals, and design documents
  • Facilitate punch lists, building start-up, and commissioning
  • Collaborate with field and office teams to drive progress and resolve issues

Financial Oversight

  • Monitor and manage budgets, cash flow, and forecasting
  • Review and approve subcontractor and owner pay applications
  • Ensure accurate cost-to-complete updates and change management
  • Develop and track Owner Change Orders (OCOs) and Subcontractor Change Orders (SCOs)

Client & Team Relationships

  • Serve as the main point of contact for owners and their representatives
  • Lead weekly on-site meetings and communicate project updates
  • Build long-term partnerships with clients, subcontractors, and your project team
  • Coach and mentor Assistant PMs and Project Engineers

Operational Excellence

  • Champion safety, quality, and scheduling on every site
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, permits, codes, and insurance requirements
  • Identify and resolve risks early with proactive solutions
  • Maintain thorough documentation in our construction management system (CMiC)


What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fieldโ€”or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years managing industrial/commercial construction projects ($5Mโ€“$30M+)
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, drawings, specifications, and safety standards
  • Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, and problem-solving
  • Excellent communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in project management software (Microsoft Project, CMiC, Bluebeam)
  • Ability to travel as required for position (valid driver's license required)

You'll Be Able To:

  • Navigate construction sites with rough terrain walking long distances
  • Sit or work at a computer for extended periods
  • Perform physical tasks such as standing, squatting, kneeling and driving
  • Communicate clearly with team members and external partners to exchange accurate information
