KeenLogicย is seeking a Project Manager to support the Digital Wayfinding Project for the U.S. House of Representatives. The Project Manager is responsible for providing administrative support for the Digital Wayfinding Project. The Project Manager participates in all stages of the wayfinding project, including providing project updates; scheduling meetings with stakeholders; meeting with the wayfinding vendor and House partners; and developing and documenting management processes for digital signage.ย

Position Detailsย 

  • Contract Length: Base year plus twoย optionย years (anticipatedย start pf contract in September 2026)ย 
  • Schedule: 40 hours/weekย ย 
  • Core Hours: Monday โ€“ Friday during standard business hoursย ย 
  • Location: Washington, DCย ย 

Required Qualificationsย 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.ย 
  • 3+ย yearย ofย experienceย in project coordination and management.ย 
  • Experience using project management tools (Asana,ย ClickUp, Trello, etc.).ย 
  • Proficiencyย in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook,ย Powerpoint, and Teams).ย 
  • Proficiencyย in the use of technology in general, including experience with audio / video systems and online mapping / CAD platforms.ย 

Job Expectationsย 

  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service including needs assessment, meeting qualityย standardsย and providing consistent,ย accurateย project updates to stakeholders.ย 
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with staff andย non technicalย users.ย 
  • Tracks project milestones, risks, and performance indicators; recommends correct action as needed toย maintainย scope, schedule, and budget.ย 
  • Ability to develop andย maintainย strong working relationships with cross functional House staff as well as stakeholders and third-party vendors.ย 
  • Ability to handle fluctuating and competing deadlines.ย 
  • Prepares and delivers presentations, status updates, and evaluation findings.ย 
  • Understanding of other applications within Microsoft Office 365 suite is desired.ย 
  • Experience in leading projects with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders is desired.ย

Key Responsibilitiesย 

  • Consults with project leads and stakeholders toย determineย the status of the digital screens and wayfinding project and ensure deadlines are met.ย 
  • Reports to CAO staff and other personnel as needed to keep cross-functional stakeholders updated on the status and next phases of the digital wayfinding project.ย 
  • Responds to and implementsย timelyย updates in the wayfinding app CMS to ensure hours and information areย accurate.ย 
  • Participates in meeting the wayfinding vendor and taking part in walk-throughs as part of the development of the wayfinding guidance.ย 
  • Assistsย in the development of procedures, practices, and standards of all related project documents.ย 
  • Performs other official duties as assigned.ย
