Location: Guntersville, ALSalary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually

Position Summary

We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, support product growth, and drive customer engagement across digital, print, and e-commerce channels.

This is a hands-on role responsible for content creation, branding, social media management, e-commerce marketing, product promotion, and Pro Staff program oversight. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, flexibility, and a passion for the outdoors are highly valued. While fishing industry experience is not required, an interest in fishing and outdoor recreation is strongly preferred.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and product sales.
  • Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, retail, and e-commerce channels.
  • Maintain and protect brand consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with leadership, sales, and product development teams to support company growth initiatives and product launches.

Events & Trade Shows

Additional Responsibilities
