Job Title: Senior Project ManagerJob Description
The Senior Project Manager reports to the Project Lead and is responsible for managing and supporting multiple work streams within a broader program of work, ensuring that strategy and execution are carried through to completion in line with the overall work stream vision. This role oversees successful transitions and integrations, coordinating direct and indirect resources across geographically dispersed locations. The Senior Project Manager interacts regularly with local and regional Senior stakeholders, drives objectives to conclusion with minimal oversight, and leads work streams that span people, process, technology, and real estate components to deliver the Target Operating Model for Finance. The role requires deep experience in major change initiatives and a proven track record of delivering large, complex projects.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and support multiple work streams within a larger program, ensuring alignment with the overall work stream vision and program objectives.
  • Lead successful transitions and integrations across regions and functions, coordinating direct and indirect resources in geographically dispersed locations.
  • Communicate project activities, priorities, and expectations clearly to key management colleagues and team members across regions and functions.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects and programs concurrently, balancing timelines, resources, and dependencies.
  • Select and utilize appropriate project implementation documentation, including implementation toolkits and migration schedules, to support consistent execution.
  • Support project facilitation by identifying, escalating, and communicating risks and their potential impact on business initiatives to management.
  • Provide strategic support for the overall portfolio of work, contributing to planning, prioritization, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Design and create strategic project documents such as business cases, assessments, communication plans, and detailed project plans.
  • Prepare and deliver project updates and formal presentations to Senior-level management within Finance, summarizing progress, risks, and key decisions.
  • Lead and support decision-making processes required to advance assigned programs and projects, helping to facilitate problem solving on critical project issues.
  • Ensure work stream controls and compliance are in place and effective, supporting adherence to governance and control frameworks.
  • Proactively follow and adhere to established project controls for assigned projects, ensuring standards and procedures are consistently applied.
  • Identify and resolve issues in a proactive manner, managing project and program deliverables to meet scope, quality, and timeline commitments.
  • Manage and mitigate project and program risks, escalating issues to management when necessary and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Oversee and enforce change control processes for assigned projects and programs across functions, ensuring changes are properly evaluated, approved, and documented.
Essential Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a proven record of delivering major projects and leading significant change initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience with workflow management and process improvement within complex organizational environments.
  • Expertise in change management and change control management, including implementing and maintaining structured change control processes.
  • Portfolio management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects and programs.
  • Comfort and confidence interacting with local and regional Senior stakeholders, with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive objectives to conclusion with minimal oversight and direction.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52.88 - $60.05/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
