Job description

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing restoration and construction projects ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver successful project completion. This position plays an important role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, supporting business development efforts, and identifying opportunities for future growth. Responsibilities: Manage large-scale restoration and construction projects to ensure safe, timely, and successful completion. Develop, review, and distribute detailed work orders and project documentation. Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, implementing adjustments as needed. Conduct site assessments, prepare estimates and work orders, and oversee project planning and execution. Review contracts, scopes, procurement requirements, and project risks while supporting field operations and quality control. Enforce safety standards, maintain project documentation, and foster strong client relationships to support business growth. Coordinate and communicate with clients, adjusters, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education Bachelor's degree in construction, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent industry experience). Experience 4+ years of experience in construction management. Experience with managing budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously. Previous experience adhering to OSHA regulations. Experience in residential construction and safety requirements. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management Software. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, specifications, and bid documents. Must possess a valid driver's license. Physical Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel to outdoor job sites. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to sit, stand, kneel, bend, and walk for extended periods.
