As our reconstruction division continues to expand throughout Central Pennsylvania, we are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial rebuilding projects following fire, water, storm, and mold damage.

Position Summary
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing reconstruction projects from contract signing through final completion. This includes coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, monitoring budgets, ensuring quality workmanship, and providing an outstanding customer experience throughout the reconstruction process.
Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple residential and commercial reconstruction projects simultaneously
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections
  • Maintain project schedules and communicate milestones with customers
  • Review construction plans, scopes of work, and approved estimates
  • Monitor project budgets and profitability
  • Approve subcontractor work and ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform regular jobsite inspections
  • Resolve construction challenges while minimizing delays
  • Communicate with homeowners, commercial clients, insurance adjusters, and office staff
  • Process change orders and coordinate supplemental work with the estimating team

Qualifications
