Job description

A well-established provider of precast construction materials located near Gap, PA is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team.  Salary: $85K-$90K. This person should be familiar with project management concepts, practices, and procedures. Will work closely with construction management, engineers, precast fabrication operations, purchasing, logistics manager, estimators, and sales department for budget and project plan development prior to bid and after receipt of award. Helps to ensure that project budget and project plans follows company policy and meets all contractual obligations.  Job Responsibilities: Lead voice for all coordination between both internal resources and third parties/vendors for the efficient execution of projects; Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget; Develop and communicate the project scope, its deliverables; Negotiate all contracts including scope, pricing, and terms/conditions with the assistance and oversight of the Manager of Project Management; Manage and complete all necessary submission of documents which require approval from external stakeholders with assistance from the Manager of Project Management and Sr. Project Managers as needed.  Job requirements: Experience in precast concrete fabrication and construction; The ability to produce and track budgets and understand the financial aspects of a project.  #IND
