Job description

The Project Manager is an integral member of the project team, one who is responsible for: project management of a variety of engineering projects, leading and directing Project Coordinators and Technicians, and collaborating with Project Engineers to produce successful project outcomes.

Essential Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Day to day project management of complex projects on a wide variety of precast and pre-stressed concrete structures and connections for large commercial buildings such as stadiums/ arenas, dormitories, parking garages, office buildings, etc.
  • Provide management, guidance, training, and mentorship to a team of, Project Coordinators and Technicians
  • Construction administration of projects including processing submittals and site inspections
  • Ensure clients are satisfied and all assigned deadlines are met

Qualifications

  • B.S. Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years of experience managing the design of precast/pre-stressed concrete structures and products
  • Successful mentorship and development of others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Familiarity with design, utilizing various engineering software
  • Ability to work in a fast paced team oriented environment
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Willing and able to adapt as necessary to support changing business needs.
