The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of landscaping projects, bridging the gap between sales, design, installation, and maintenance. This position is responsible for overseeing project planning, procurement, scheduling, and communication to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest company standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead project handoff processes, review project estimates, and prepare comprehensive job packages
  • Coordinate preconstruction meetings, manage submittals, and arrange utility locates
  • Purchase materials and oversee subcontractor performance
  • Develop, maintain, and adjust project schedules across multiple concurrent jobs
  • Monitor budgets, track job costs, manage change orders, and maintain accurate project documentation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other Project Managers and report on project status to leadership
  • Conduct site audits and support timely resolution of project issues
  • Lead project closeout activities, including documentation, walkthroughs, and securing final approvals
Qualifications
  • Experience with takeoff software (Bluebeam preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with architects and designers
  • Proven experience in purchasing and procuring materials and tools
  • Strong skills in budget tracking and financial management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience, or 4–6 years of relevant industry experience
