RESPONSIBILITIES
The Project Manager is expected to be able to:
  • Utilize Project Management Institute (PMI) standards and best practices in the program and project management activities under this PWS to include management and oversight for all phases of the program/project lifecycle: Schedule, Financial, Quality, Resource, Communications, Change and Configuration, and Risk.
  • Provide project management and oversight duties to accomplish the administrative, managerial, logistical, integration and financial aspects of the Tech Refresh program and projects.
  • Perform functions that assist the government in management of the IT Portfolio, IT Investment Management and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) process and assist in strategic planning and coordination with external stakeholders and over-seers.
  • Shall utilize Project Management Institute standards and best practices in the program and project management activities under this PWS to include management and oversight for all phases of the program/project lifecycle: Schedule, Financial, Quality, Resource, Communications, Change and Configuration, and Risk.
  • Shall perform functions for the government in management of the IT Portfolio, IT Investment Management and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) process and strategic planning and coordination with external stakeholders and over-seers.
  • Develop standard operation procedures and documentation to streamline future support.
  • Keep the government apprised of all risks associated with a project related to time, scope, and cost.
  • Track and provide project standings, status, implementation efforts, closeouts, and schedules to include but not limited to a minimum of 250 sites.
  • Provide process improvements and recommendations for past and current projects and elements.
  • Provide staffing to adequately cover projects to include but not limited to at least 250 sites, CCMD and non-CCMD elements.
  • Complete a quality assurance analysis documentation provided to the Government.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Active Top Secret Clearance with a CI Poly
  • Minimum of 10 years in project management experience.
  • Must have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Must have relevant experience working in IC organizations.

Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Task Order proposal on the Defense Intelligence Agency's Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III). The Project Manager is expected to be able to perform program/project management and oversight duties to accomplish the administrative, managerial, logistical, integration and financial aspects of the Tech Refresh program and supporting projects. The Project Manager will serve as the primary contact point for all programmatic issues/concerns/status.

WAGE INFORMATION
Target salary range: $115,000.00-165,000.00. The salary range displayed is an estimate only and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
