Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Minimum of three (3) years of progressive broad-based information systems, system integration and project delivery experience. Experience working with external vendors and/or Quality Assurance efforts a plus.
