Now Hiring: Senior Project Manager
Northwest Ohio (Fully Onsite)
$75,000 - $91,000
Are you ready to lead complex projects and make a strategic impact? We're partnering with an innovative company that's looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee high-value projects, build strong customer relationships, and help shape the future of project execution.

In this role, you'll lead multiple automation projects from concept through completion, working closely with customers, engineering, manufacturing, and executive leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional results. You'll also play a key role in mentoring project teams, driving continuous improvement, and helping establish best practices across the organization.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience, including at least 3 years in automation, manufacturing, machine building, or a related technical industry.
  • A proven track record of leading large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and customer relationships.
  • A passion for mentoring others and improving project management processes.
  • PMP certification or an equivalent advanced certification is preferred.
