  • Own day-to-day project execution from kickoff through completion, keeping internal teams and clients aligned and moving forward.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, deadlines, dependencies, approvals and team assignments.
  • Monitor project budgets, planned versus actual hours and remaining work, identifying risks or concerns early.
  • Identify changes in scope, timing or deliverables and partner with the Account Director on change orders or client communication as needed.
  • Serve as a consistent point of contact for day-to-day project communication, providing clients with clear updates, expectations, deadlines and next steps.
  • Build client trust through responsiveness, transparency, preparedness and reliable follow-through.
  • Lead project-focused client meetings, including kickoffs, status meetings, reviews and working sessions as appropriate.
  • Proactively communicate project risks, delays or decisions needed so clients and internal teams are never surprised.
  • Keep internal team members accountable to project commitments while ensuring they have the information and resources needed to succeed.
  • Partner closely with the Account Director to support a strong client experience, identify emerging needs and contribute to long-term client retention.
  • Maintain accurate schedules, assignments, budgets and project status within the agency's project management platform.
  • Coordinate vendors and external partners and collaborate with Finance to ensure project billing and subcontractor expenses are accurate.
  • Help improve agency workflows, project planning, resource allocation and overall delivery processes.
  • Forecast resource needs and proactively address capacity issues, scheduling conflicts and potential delays.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of professional project management experience, preferably within a marketing, advertising, creative, digital or professional services environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of project scope, timelines, budgets, resource planning and project financial health.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to build credibility, trust and positive working relationships.
  • Comfortable leading client conversations, setting expectations and navigating difficult project discussions when necessary.
  • Able to identify project risks early, solve problems proactively and confidently recommend next steps.
  • Comfortable holding both internal team members and clients accountable to deadlines, decisions and agreed-upon scope.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and time management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using project management platforms such as ClickUp or similar tools.
  • Comfortable using technology, automation and AI tools to improve project efficiency and visibility.
  • Experience working with creative teams and creative workflows is strongly preferred.
