Bridgewater Studio is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in themed entertainment, location-based experiences, theatre, trade shows, or scenic fabrication. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and leadership skills, along with a passion for managing complex, creative projects from concept to completion.

Located in Chicago's Back of the Yards neighborhood, Bridgewater Studio is a nationally recognized Experiential Design and Production Agency. We create immersive, story-driven environments for some of the world's most recognizable brands and institutions - including the Smithsonian, Griffin Museum of Science and Industry, Universal Studios, Nike, and LinkedIn.
Who We're Looking For
You're a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager with a passion for spatial storytelling. You have a strong track record of delivering large-scale, custom projects within creative industries such as scenic fabrication, live entertainment, industrial design, or other adjacent fields. You're organized, resourceful, and proactive, with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of how to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
You are confident working with budgets, timelines, and spreadsheets, and you take pride in running projects smoothly and efficiently. You are experienced in 3D modeling and CAD software. i.e. SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion. You enjoy client-facing work and are skilled at building strong relationships with stakeholders. Your approach is solutions-driven, and you're energized by the challenge of bringing big ideas to life.
