We are a trusted industry leader with over 70 years of experience delivering high-quality MEP projects across the United States. We are seeking a Senior BIM Coordinatorย to join our Schaumburg, IL team. This is a key technical role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about advancing BIM execution and coordination across complex projects.
What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

  • Lead the development, coordination, and maintenance of Building Information Models (BIM) for ductwork and piping systems using Revit, AutoCAD, and related BIM tools.
  • Serve as a key technical resource for BIM standards, model accuracy, and coordination across multiple disciplines.
  • Coordinate design intent with internal teams and external partners to ensure fully integrated project execution.
  • Participate in project coordination meetings to review model progress, identify clashes, and support resolution strategies.
  • Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all design changes are accurately reflected.
  • Support project schedules by ensuring timely delivery of coordinated models and documentation.
  • Conduct occasional site visits to verify field conditions and support as-built validation alongside senior project staff.
