Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead the full project lifecycleโ€”from intake and planning through execution, implementation, and stabilization
โ€ข Coordinate across business, technology, and operations teams to keep priorities aligned and moving forward
โ€ข Develop project plans, timelines, and status reporting to maintain visibility and accountability
โ€ข Facilitate governance routines (planning meetings, stakeholder updates, retrospectives) to drive progress and alignment
โ€ข Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively problem-solve to keep initiatives on track
โ€ข Communicate clearly with stakeholders, including providing executive-level updates on progress, risks, and decisions
โ€ข Help build and refine scalable processes, tools, and workflows that improve how work gets done across the firm
