Job description

Here at Midland Glass, we are seeking a Project Manager to join our team to help us continue to provide Glass/Glazing and Architectural Aluminum solutions to general contractors and end users. This position oversees project planning, budgeting, submittals, scheduling, fabrication, and installation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of our scope on construction projects, from planning to installation
  • Work with in-house drafters, managers, fabricators, and installers
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects
  • Manage onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with contractors/clients, architects, and engineers
  • Negotiate with contractors/vendors to receive reasonable order costs
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience/education in construction management or other related fields
  • Familiarity with construction management software (Bluebeam, Excel, Word, ect.)
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
