Are you an experienced leader in pipeline and utility construction looking to step into a high-impact role? Our clientโ€”a well-established and growing wet utility contractorโ€”is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple complex wet pipeline projects across Southern California.

Youโ€™ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to drive project successโ€”ensuring quality, safety, and cost-effective execution from start to finish. This is a full-time position with a flexible hybrid schedule, excellent benefits, and long-term career growth opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary client liaison for all project-related communications

  • Lead all aspects of project execution: budgets, scheduling, take-offs, resource forecasting, and more

  • Oversee submittals, change orders, technical reviews, and construction documentation

  • Forecast labor, materials, and equipment needs for sewer, storm drain, and fire line systems

  • Coordinate job site requirements for large-diameter pipe, detention basins, and open-cut construction

  • Read and interpret civil plans, soils reports, and specification requirements

  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

  • Mentor and develop project management team members


Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of wet utility pipeline project management experience required

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred

  • Strong understanding of wet utility materials: PVC/SDR35, VCP, C-900, HDPE, RCP, and Iron Water

  • Hands-on knowledge of Greenbook and Caltrans specifications

  • Experience with Planswift for takeoffs and estimating

  • Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities

  • Valid CA Driverโ€™s License and clean driving record
