Senior Project Manager โ€“ Commercial Construction

Location: Raleigh, NC

Salary: $130,000 - $155,000 per annum base + vehicle + bonus + profit sharing

Exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join a well-established, family-run General Contractor with a strong presence and extensive backlog of work throughout the Raleigh market.

The Senior Project Manager will join the commercial general building division, managing ground-up construction projects valued at up to $60M across both the public and private sectors.

With a commercial construction backlog exceeding $600M, the business offers excellent long-term stability and a strong pipeline of upcoming projects. As a family-run contractor, they have built a close-knit working environment while continuing to establish themselves as a leading General Contractor in the Raleigh market.
