  • Manage multiple projects within Operations by defining project scopes, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and timelines, including equipment retrofits and other operational initiatives.
  • Coordinate project planning activities, including business requirements, risk assessments, target dates, and project management plans.
  • Track project changes related to scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring the timely resolution of critical issues.
  • Manage project governance and ensure adherence to established project plans.
  • Identify and allocate the resources required for successful project completion.
  • Monitor project budgets and costs to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Deliver presentations, status reports, and project documentation to internal stakeholders and external suppliers on a regular basis.
  • Develop processes and procedures to support reliable operations by analyzing data, identifying standards, governance, workflows, and operational best practices.
  • Assess key business components, including processes, workflows, key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and performance baselines.
  • Visit distribution centers regularly to evaluate operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with maintenance associates to identify opportunities for improvement in areas such as profit and loss, CMMS, equipment performance, and inventory management.
  • Revise existing processes and develop sustainable improvement solutions.
  • Ensure program processes are clear, executable, and supported by manageable rollout plans.
  • Partner with Regional and cross-functional teams to gain alignment on improvement initiatives and facilitate consistent communication with maintenance teams.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives to ensure business needs are met.
  • Develop the skills and capabilities of maintenance management through coaching and training.
  • Provide cross-training opportunities for maintenance management teams.
  • Participate in internal and external recruiting initiatives to fill staffing needs.
  • Collaborate with business partners, managers, associates, and other key stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Solicit, evaluate, and implement suggestions that improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Participate in and support community outreach events.
  • Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities by:
