What is a project manager representative?

A Project Manager Representative (PMR) acts as the liaison between project stakeholders and the project management team. Their primary role is to ensure that the project's objectives, timelines, and budgets are clearly communicated and met according to client or organizational requirements. PMRs are responsible for monitoring progress, coordinating resources, and addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
