Job Description

Must have strong attention to detail while thriving in a fast-paced deployment environments across multiple sites at once.  They must be able to build and manage structured project plans while maintaining control of timelines and deliverables while providing clear and effective communication with customers, leadership, and project teams.  Candidates will be expected to drive customers and internal teams toward common objectives.

Preference to individuals with experience deploying tangible assets for their understanding of ordering, configuration, logistics, and site coordination.  Excel skills capable of creating pivot tables and formulas, used for creating ad hoc data comparisons or imports.  Smartsheet experience is a plus.

The role of the Transition team is to plan and successfully transition operational responsibility for contracted Managed Print Services from the customer to HP.

Project management responsibilities will be carried out offsite, remotely.

Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice to make decisions on complex business issues:

Manages customer project delivery.

Large/ moderately complex/ local or sub- region.

Medium complexity legal and commercial issues.

Meets or exceeds approved budgets.

Provides reliable hardware order forecasts to management.

Identifies and develops new opportunities on current project.

Supports qualification and opportunity assessment for large and moderately complex opportunities.

Acts as opportunity manager for medium to high-risk deals.

Manages client relationships.

Manages mid to upper-level client delivery relationships.

Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients.

Manages project team.

Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size less than 20 people.
