Title: Implementation Project Manager Professionals

Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ / Omaha, NE

Job Description:

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and client-facing abilities to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. Key Role

  • Pivotal role within the Client Conversions and Implementations
  • Collaborating with clients to manage conversion and startup projects.
  • Involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, participating in Discovery, Data Spec Review, Software Development, System Configuration, Testing, Project Management, and Implementation.
  • Planning, coordinating, and managing all activities within their assigned functional workstream areas, ensuring successful onboarding of new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Overseeing all aspects of assigned workstreams from start to finish, developing project plans, consulting with clients on solutions, managing key deliverables, and reporting on issues, risks, and status.
  • Customization and Integration: Setting up and customizing various products and services selected by the client to ensure a seamless end-to-end integration.
  • Custom Development: Ensuring that custom development is delivered as required for the client.
  • Issue Resolution: Driving the resolution of issues through problem-solving, resource identification, and escalation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a client-facing role.
  • Understanding of the Credit Card Issuing Industry and associated products.
  • Experience with converting to new processing platforms.
  • Previous conversion experience.
  • Knowledge of platforms and products/services.
  • Relevant credit card processing experience.
