Manage residential new construction HVAC and plumbing projects from start to finish, develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate with builders, homeowners, vendors, and internal teams, review blueprints and contracts, monitor job progress and budgets, oversee labor efficiency, conduct site visits to ensure quality and safety standards, collaborate with estimating and operations teams, and serve as the primary liaison between builders and field teams.

Qualifications
Construction project management experience required; residential new construction experience strongly preferred; HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical industry experience preferred; strong blueprint and specification reading ability; scheduling and budget management expertise; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong communication and leadership skills; experience with construction software (ServiceTitan preferred); and the ability to quickly adapt to changing project needs.
