The Project Manager oversees medium- to large-scale projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages resources, and communicates with stakeholders to achieve project goals and customer satisfaction. The purpose is to drive successful project outcomes that support Alfa Laval's business objectives and continuous improvement.

This is a hybrid position located in Broken Arrow, OK.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and safety requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead project kick-off and regular status meetings.
  • Track progress and report on project milestones.
  • Coordinate tasks across engineering, supply chain, and other teams.

What you know:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and/or 5 or more years of capital equipment project management experience, and: Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI) or a similar certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform simple to moderate process and analytical analysis.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong working knowledge of MS Project or equivalent project management software.

Physical and Environmental Factors:

  • Office environment with frequent attendance on the shop floor.
  • Shop floor: Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (steel toe boots, safety glasses, and ear plugs).
