The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to oversee projects from initiation through completion. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, and help ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. Responsibilities

  • Manage sign projects from initial order through fabrication, installation, and closeout.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review project specifications, site conditions, timelines, and deliverables to ensure accurate execution.
  • Coordinate with design, production, permitting, and installation teams to keep work moving smoothly.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and status updates.
  • Prepare and review documentation such as estimates, work orders, permits, and installation packets.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and communicate issues or changes promptly.
  • Support quality control efforts to ensure finished signage meets client expectations and company standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and municipalities as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow internal processes for job tracking and reporting.
