The Developer supports Andrews' Strategy and Transformation team by designing, building, and implementing software, automations, and where they add real value AI-powered tools that improve operational effectiveness across the company.
The work blends application development, systems integration, workflow automation, and applied AI. It splits between larger products and a steady pipeline of smaller improvement initiatives that originate from people across the business. The right person is comfortable reaching for the simplest tool that solves the problem a script, an integration, an off-the-shelf product, or an AI model rather than defaulting to any one of them.
Key Project Clienteling App (CAPP)
Support the design and development of the Clienteling Application (CAPP) for sales-staff customer relationship management, with direction and approval from the Senior Associate Strategy and Transformation Manager.
Develop and integrate application features including customer data management, interaction tracking, and stylist workflow tools.
