Overview
The Senior Creative Strategist owns the strategy and execution of paid media creative, affiliate content, and ad campaign initiatives across a portfolio of client accounts. This role is built for someone who is equal parts creative thinker and performance marketer - someone who can translate data into concepts, concepts into briefs, and briefs into scroll-stopping creative that drives results.
You'll lead creative strategy day-to-day, working closely with paid media, affiliate, and design teams to develop and scale ad creative that meets client KPIs. You'll leverage AI tools to accelerate creative production and iteration, and bring a test-and-learn mentality to everything you build.
Responsibilities
Creative Strategy Support
  • Own creative briefs and ad concepts end-to-end, collaborating with the paid media and creative teams to ensure alignment with client goals and KPIs
  • Analyze performance data from top-performing creatives to build and maintain a forward-looking creative testing roadmap
  • Conduct competitor research to identify trends in ad formats, messaging, and hooks - and compile inspiration to inform future creative
  • Review and log raw content for new ad creatives, identifying gaps and creative opportunities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their creative vision, brand guidelines, and key messaging to develop high-performing ad assets
  • Maintain creative approval workflows and ensure assets are delivered to clients on time
  • Partner with the design team to coordinate edits, revisions, and updates to ad creatives
Affiliate Campaign Management
  • Lead affiliate campaign execution - identifying talent, briefing creators, tracking deliverables, and coordinating sample shipments
  • Negotiate contracts, usage rights, and deliverables with creators
  • Manage campaign timelines and hold creators accountable to on-time delivery
  • Provide clear creative direction and performance-driven feedback to affiliates to optimize content for paid use
  • Organize and maintain a content library of UGC and affiliate videos for ongoing ad creative use
  • Collaborate with the paid media team to concept and brief creators on performance-driven content needs

AI-Powered Creative Scaling
  • Use AI tools to scale creative output in line with performance media demands - including rapid iteration, variant production, and format adaptation
  • Build and refine AI-assisted creative workflows that maintain quality while increasing speed and volume of delivery
  • Identify and integrate emerging AI tools into day-to-day creative production
Team Operations & Miscellaneous
  • Attend weekly client syncs and 1:1s with your manager
  • Lead and contribute to brainstorms for ad concepts, campaign angles, and creative strategies
  • Support special projects and team operations that keep creative delivery running smoothly

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or an agency environment
  • At least 2 years of client-facing experience delivering on creative goals through the full ideation, production, and review process
  • Proficient in analyzing paid media platform data and translating insights into actionable creative direction
  • Experienced with affiliate and UGC campaign management, including creator briefing, negotiation, and performance feedback
  • Comfortable using tools such as Meta Ads Library, Google Drive, landing page builders, and AI creative tools
  • Solid understanding of A/B and multivariate testing methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for brand voice
  • Strong client-facing presence - confident presenting work and creative rationale to both internal teams and clients
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple creative workflows simultaneously
  • Bonus: client experience in health & wellness, beauty, e-commerce, retail, or apparel
Compensation
  • Job Type: Full-time Employee
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST
  • Annual Base Salary: $80,000 - $85,000/year
