Scrum Master - Accounting & Finance
Buscamos un/a Scrum Master con experiencia liderando equipos Agile en entornos de Accounting y Finance. La persona será responsable de facilitar la entrega Agile, acompañar a uno o más equipos como Scrum Master y asegurar el avance efectivo de iniciativas y proyectos.
Responsabilidades principales
  • Liderar la entrega Agile para equipos de Accounting y Finance.
  • Actuar como Scrum Master para uno o más equipos.
  • Facilitar ceremonias Agile:
    • Sprint Planning
    • Daily Stand-ups
    • Sprint Reviews
    • Retrospectives
    • Backlog Refinement
  • Remover impedimentos y destrabar al equipo para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos del sprint.
  • Dar seguimiento al avance de iniciativas, identificando riesgos, dependencias y oportunidades de mejora.
  • Promover prácticas Agile y una cultura de mejora continua.
  • Colaborar con equipos de negocio, tecnología y stakeholders para facilitar la ejecución de iniciativas.
  • Apoyar la gestión y seguimiento de proyectos relacionados con Accounting, Finance y PMO.

  1. Experiencia en Agile y Scrum.

  4. Manejo de Jira, Azure DevOps y Confluence.
  5. Experiencia con herramientas de gestión como MS Project y/o Smartsheet.
  6. Conocimientos de Accounting, Finance y PMO.
  7. Inglés C1.
  8. Certificación deseable en CSM, PSM, SAFe o Scrum Master.
